The last couple of years I have come to the conclusion that the time has come to share my experience and insights extensively with the next generations. Therefore I joined Dr. Izzy Justice, a renowned psychiatrist, to improve the learning process of individuals throughout their career.

I have managed and changed many big IT operations with thousands of people and hundreds of projects.

The most important lesson I have learned is that sustainable success comes when people develop themselves constantly and work as a team.
