Client: Lease Plan Corporation Portugal

Project: Formulate outsourcing strategy to off-shore the complete Portuguese IT operation to the Dutch computer centre of the world’s leading computer company, IBM.

 

Peter’s role: Senior VP

 

Tasks and responsibilities: Development of outsourcing strategy, data gathering, RFP, contract negotiation and successful implementation. Selection of consultants, vendors, methodology and lawyers.

 

Result: The project was realized within 6 months and improved the response time for the end users in Portugal considerably while the operational costs decreased by 15 %.
